Please ensure you inform your mentor that he or she will be contacted by a member of the EWB registration team. Remember that if your application is accepted you will be representing both your educational institution and your country at the conference.

Wait for a member of the EWB Conference Registration Team to contact you via email regarding your application. You can check the status of your application by logging in to your account on the EWB web site and looking under under Application Status.

Submit abstract/paper (optional) Abstract submissions are now closed. Paper presentations can be multimedia or audiovisual format as well as traditional spoken and poster formats. A number of travel scholarships and awards are available for top papers which cover the cost of travel to the UAE. Note that all papers will be reviewed using plagiarism-detecting software.

Once you have been accepted for attendance at the conference, we will ask you to provide flight details and additional information in order to process a travel visa where required.
